We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to be fair whenever possible.

• 48+ hours before your tour: Receive a 100% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before your tour: Reservations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we're happy to try to help. If your schedule allows and we have availability while you're still in Arizona, we will do our best to reschedule your tour at no additional charge. While we can't guarantee a new date or time, we'll make every reasonable effort to get you out on the trail.
