Professionally trained, medically prepared guides All guides operate within required city permit ratios. No shortcuts, no exceptions.
Strategic trail selection to minimize drive time We intentionally work close to your resort so your group spends time on trail, not in a bus. Most companies run 30–45 minute drives each way. With Wild Bunch, expect 15–30 minutes, maximum.
Fully stocked loaner backpacks for every guest Water, electrolytes, and snacks — provided and ready to go.
Split-pace group options We offer Touring and Moderate pace tracks so every participant enjoys the experience, regardless of fitness level.
Post-event photo gallery Delivered online after your program at no additional charge.

Where site conditions allow, we can run hiking and mountain biking out of the same trailhead — keeping your group together while participants split activities. Availability depends on rider ability and
group composition.

Every program is built to maximize time outside. We keep logistics tight, transitions smooth, and energy high from start to finish. This is not acasual walk — it’s a curated, professionally executed outdoor experience designed specifically for corporate groups.

Transportation

We handle transportation in-house for groups up to 30 guests (additional charge applies). For larger groups, we coordinate directly with our trusted partner, Copper Star Professional Transportation, for a seamless, professionally managed experience

Important Program Notes

Excluded trails

We do not guide on Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak, Tom’s Thumb, or the Circumference Trail. ***Note: These hikes have special pricing.

Summer scheduling

All hikes from June 1 through October 1 are completed by 10:00 AM. Earlier start times are strongly recommended. Morning and afternoon starts are available mid-October through June 1.

Heat policy

Guest safety is non-negotiable. If temperatures are forecast to approach 103°F during your program window, we do not operate

Booking & contracts

A credit card is required to secure your date. A formal contract is prepared for every group event for your review before confirmation.

Policies

Cancellation

We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to be fair whenever possible.

48+ hours before your tour: Receive a 100% refund.
Less than 48 hours before your tour: Reservations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we're happy to try to help. If your schedule allows and we have availability while you're still in Arizona, we will do our best to reschedule your tour at no additional charge. While we can't guarantee a new date or time, we'll make every reasonable effort to get you out on the trail.

Thank you for understanding. As a small, locally owned business, last-minute cancellations directly impact our guides and reserved tour times.

Transportation

Pickup and drop-off from your hotel or resort is available. We collect guests 30 minutes before departure. Prefer to meet at the trailhead? Detailed directions are provided.

Pricing

Tour prices do not include taxes, a small online booking fee, or gratuity.

Weather

The owner is very conscience of weather and will take time to communicate as safety is always front of mind.

$15 off per child age 10 and under.
