Group Mountain Biking

All group mountain bike tours depart from the McDowell Sonoran Preserve. Groups can choose from touring, intermediate, or advanced level.

A 1-hour mountain bike option is not available — gearing up safely for a group simply takes more time, and we won’t cut that corner.

Pricing & Group Policies

Discounted group rates apply for 11 guests and up
A 20% automatic gratuity is added to the total for our guides
Groups over 11 require a signed contract and a credit card to hold the date — your card will not be charged until 7 days prior to your tour
ACH payments are accepted for large groups

What You Need to Know

Hikes must be completed by 10:00 AM during the summer months due to extreme Valley heat. In October, we can be more flexible, but earlier start times are still strongly recommended.

For guest safety, we will not hike if temperatures are forecast to reach 102°F or higher during the tour window.

Transportation

Need to get your group to the trailhead? We partner with the best transportation company in the Valley and can connect you directly so you can book transportation independently.

Policies

Cancellation

We understand that travel plans can change, and we do our best to be fair whenever possible.

48+ hours before your tour: Receive a 100% refund.
Less than 48 hours before your tour: Reservations are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours, we're happy to try to help. If your schedule allows and we have availability while you're still in Arizona, we will do our best to reschedule your tour at no additional charge. While we can't guarantee a new date or time, we'll make every reasonable effort to get you out on the trail.

Thank you for understanding. As a small, locally owned business, last-minute cancellations directly impact our guides and reserved tour times.

Transportation

Pickup and drop-off from your hotel or resort is available. We collect guests 30 minutes before departure. Prefer to meet at the trailhead? Detailed directions are provided.

Pricing

Tour prices do not include taxes, a small online booking fee, or gratuity.

Weather

The owner is very conscience of weather and will take time to communicate as safety is always front of mind.
