In Mary Poppins’ words, “These are a few of my favorite things:” Getting dirty. Touching the earth. Reconnecting to my true self by being outdoors, either on foot or by pedal power. Then hopping into the shower watching all that dirt run down the drain.
I love turning people on to the Sonoran Desert. Living here is like living in a Dr. Seuss book. I mean, where else do you have the iconic Saguaro cactus and trees with green trunks? Not to mention some real “Wild West” history.
